  • Visioning and facilitation of a new learner home experience; led team workshop and pitch that resulted in the launch of Branded Carousels

During my tenure, responsibilities included:

  • Led end-to-end design for the Handy Pro mobile app, delivering cohesive, user-centered experiences that directly supported gig workers in managing their jobs, schedules, and earnings

  • Collaborated with product and business stakeholders to define roadmap priorities using a data-informed, user-validated approach, aligning features with both user needs and business goals

  • Shaped and shipped multiple mobile features—including Pro Quests, advanced scheduling settings, pay filters, and job image uploads—with a focus on improving control, transparency, and engagement for service professionals

  • Prototyped early concepts and iterated quickly with real users and look-alike audiences to validate ideas at multiple stages of the design process; ensured every solution was informed by direct user input, not just assumptions

  • Partnered closely with engineering from early feasibility scoping through implementation & resolving edge cases to ensure high-quality outcomes

  • Collaborated with QA to validate edge cases & uphold design quality, ensuring released features met user expectations & platform standards

  • Designed and built targeted lifecycle email campaigns in Customer.io, aligning visual & content strategy with product launches, re-engagement goals & user segmentation

  • Led design from initial discovery through polished UX/UI across multiple product pods, delivering major features such as a WYSIWYG landing page editor, course creation tools, payment and checkout features, and a 0-1 selling Services product
