During my tenure, responsibilities included:
Led end-to-end design for the Handy Pro mobile app, delivering cohesive, user-centered experiences that directly supported gig workers in managing their jobs, schedules, and earnings
Collaborated with product and business stakeholders to define roadmap priorities using a data-informed, user-validated approach, aligning features with both user needs and business goals
Shaped and shipped multiple mobile features—including Pro Quests, advanced scheduling settings, pay filters, and job image uploads—with a focus on improving control, transparency, and engagement for service professionals
Prototyped early concepts and iterated quickly with real users and look-alike audiences to validate ideas at multiple stages of the design process; ensured every solution was informed by direct user input, not just assumptions
Partnered closely with engineering from early feasibility scoping through implementation & resolving edge cases to ensure high-quality outcomes
